Hideweaver: Time To Rise
The intro Into the Lair is fantastic, it's really atmospheric, and Shinin' Walls is like a huge blast of metal! It sounds like Iron Maiden. I love the guitar solos, they're awesome! Standin' on the Fate's shoulders sounds sort of like Dragonforce, the main riff at the start is very good, and when the vocals come in they're really really good, I love the singers voice and also the harmonies used in the vocals. Victory is the best song in my opinion because the melody is amazing and I love the fast guitars, big drum crashes and fantastic bass. The start of God of the Mountain scared me the first time I listened to it, it sounds like something from a horror film! But when the music starts, I love it! The drums and the bass and guitars are fantastic!! The Dreams Crusher has very good chords in, and bits sort of remind me of Guns 'n' Roses. It's a nice change from the fast music, and I love the atmosphere in this song, the reverb on the vocals and the harmonies sound really good and I love the contrast because towards the end it sounds slow and heavy at the same time! Chanel H8 is good too because of the catchy guitars and vocals. The title track Time o Rise is awesome, it reminds me of Alice in Chains, one of my fave bands! All the instruments sound awesome playing together, it's all timed really well and the melodies are so catchy, I like to sing along! I really enjoy listening to this CD, I'm sure Hideweaver make the Italian metal scene proud. <br>
